Miriam grew up in Lexington, MA and received her B.S. in Animal Science at the University of Vermont. During her time at UVM, she took on several leadership positions at her Challah for Hunger chapter and is thrilled to continue her involvement as Program Manager. After UVM, she served as a Food Justice fellow at Repair the World NYC where she mobilized the community to volunteer with food justice partner organizations in Central Brooklyn. In her spare time, Miriam likes to try new fitness classes, bike around the city, and spend time designing her future tiny house on wheels.
